«Cherchez la femme or family secret of Pavlik Morozov»

When in 1950s pioneer Belobokov, perfect student Chairman of a pioneer group, got B for his thesis about Pavlik Morozov, it was unheard-off: two mistakes in retelling the ardent speech of the village pioneer.
Thirty five years have passed and former pioneer Belobokov decided to investigate the story of the Morozovs… To his surprise, he discovered that the perfect speech of Pavlik turned out to be a fib, falsification, lie.
As it usually goes with us, the truth came out, but a bit later…
The film by Alexander Belobokov is tragic story told by home-folk of the killed boy, his teachers, participants and witnesses of the trial.
The author found them in the end of 1980s in nineteen different places of the Soviet Union.
For the first time, on the screen they will show true materials of the Pavlik Morozov murder case provided by FSB of Russia for this film.
For the first time “the causer” of those tragic events, the lover of Pavlik Morozov’s father, is sharing her memories.

Nikolai Zykov is a hero of this film. He is a photographer, poet and philosopher. Only now, being over seventy years old, after loosing his wife, he realizes that the delicate woman who gave him eight children, was a spiritual light and foundation of their family.
He can’t do his favorite photography anymore. For hours he has been listening to music and deepening in the past, where there is something that requires penitence, keeps imperishable love and happiness caught on the picture.

This is a story about meat and people who work with meat. Heroes of the film are workers of a meat processing plant, students who study intricacies of sausage business and artists who draw bizarre picture-symbols with red meat texture. This is a story about how everybody has to make a choice in his/her life.

«Моё множество лет»
(57 мин., реж. И. Гневашев, студия «Всё сам», 2008 г.)
Это – первый авторский фильм человека, всю жизнь проработавшего в кино.
Игорь Гневашев – известный фотожурналист и фотохудожник, лауреат премии профессиональной гильдии фотографов и Союза журналистов «Золотой глаз России» за фотолетопись российского кино и вклад в неореализм на благо России. Он работал почти со всеми культовыми режиссерами отечественного кино - Петром Тодоровским, Эльдаром Рязановым, Сергеем Бондарчуком, Андреем Тарковским, Никитой Михалковым и другими.
Однако, этот фильм – не о его творческом пути. Это фильм от первого лица, но в котором автор почти ничего не говорит о себе. Он просто показывает нам окружающую жизнь, выделяя то, что он в ней считает главным. И так, через эту чудесную призму, зрители смогут увидеть внутренний мир самого художника. Это и есть его лучший автопортрет.

03.06.09 состоялся последний в этом сезоне кинопоказ Московского клуба документального кино «Окно в Россию. Связь времён» в кинотеатре "Художественный".
Мы прощаемся с Вами до сентября 2009 года, когда будет открыт третий сезон.
Во втором сезоне мы с Вами увидели 65 документальных фильмов в кинотеатре «Художественный» и 7 фильмов в Лаборатории «АрхиКино» Главархива г. Москвы. Несмотря на известные трудности, связанные с кризисом, наши залы традиционно были полны.
Ваш нарастающий интерес к мероприятиям нашего клуба подтверждает актуальность и непреходящую ценность отечественной кинодокументалистики.
